Editor's Rambling

 

RAPT sort of started in a Santa Monica, CA parking lot late at night…if memory serves correctly, a Tuesday night.

A buddy of mine & I had just separated from a pack of friends we'd been hanging around with all evening to further discuss our mutual passion for music, art, film, all of it. We talked about how incredibly cool it is to see 'new blood' rise up in those areas. The amount of raw talent you see. Talent that should be amply supported.

We worked on various publication and photography projects over the years surrounding this idea and it brought me, us, to RAPT.

RAPT's purpose is to feature the artists and work that stand(s) out for individuality, level of inspiration and creative dynamics. We are ever striving to foster a strong community of artists and individual voices.

We are now two years old and going strong with a wealth of features, posts, coverage...you name it.  It's here.
